About Dussehra Celebrations 2024

The Dussehra Celebration 2024, organized by the Department of CSE - Data Science in association with the Entertainment Club, took place on October 5, 2024 in the Main Seminar Hall. The event celebrated the victory of good over evil and brought students and faculty together in a vibrant display of culture, unity, and artistic expression.

Event Highlights:

1. Prasadam Competition
A delightful culinary event where students showcased their skills by preparing traditional festive dishes. The Prasadam Competition highlighted regional flavors, teamwork, and creativity, and brought an appetizing aroma of festivity to the celebration.

2. Rangoli Competition
Students brought life and color to the venue with the Rangoli Competition, designing intricate and beautiful patterns that symbolized cultural heritage and celebration. The vibrant artwork added an aesthetic dimension and energized the festive atmosphere.

3. Navya Durga Competition
A unique and creative contest where participants expressed modern interpretations of Goddess Durga through diverse mediums such as art, poetry, and traditional attire. The Navya Durga Competition blended tradition with innovation, encouraging students to celebrate cultural values in meaningful, contemporary ways.
